If you look at the header in this content section you'll see the h1 tag. You'll use this when you want a new header. The headers for the navigation are different (h3 tag, for right align) so keep this in mind when you want to add a new section there.
If you want to change the font or any colors go to the style.css page. There you can make the changes from the size of the words to the colors of the links. Make sure you upload that document or the site will have the basic Times New Roman 12 font.
Unlike other premades, the title can be changed by simply editting the code. Also, I've made three types of credits for you to choose from. You only have to use one. There are credits in the main title, which should probably be removed to add the title. The second set of credits is in the navigation, which is the second best choice, although you might consider leaving them out there to make more room for links. The third type is the best choice, IMO. Simply credits in the bottom banner. No mess, no fuss. There is also links in between the main banenr and content, for you to most likely place links such as Home, Forums, Chat, etc.
Last but not least, make sure you watch the height of your page and the width of your content. If you have lots of info it might run over at the bottom and if you have a big banner it won't fit. The width of this content area is 450 and the height is 500. If you want to change it or shorten the page chage it in the coding or ask me and I'll tell you if you need help. You MUST change the postion and/or height of "borntoflylong.png" and "bottombanner.png" to successfully do this. Once again, if you have questions, talk to me.
